Tom Dardick

Bio: Tom Dardick is the Principal for Dardick Inter-personal Communications, LLC. He serves as a consultant to help leaders elevate the cultures of their organization by implementing cutting edge systems to maximize People Strategy. For individuals who wish to make positive changes in their personal and professional lives, he has created a system and a membership-based community called The Eye of Power. Tom is also President and Senior Partner of Open Chamber Systems, LLC, a firm that is developing applications for technology originally invented by his grandfather, David Dardick. He has extensive entrepreneurial and management experience, including serving as COO for a firm that manufactured low-power RF communications systems for use by nursing teams in hospitals. For over 30 years, Tom has been a student of the human condition. He is certified by TTI Success Insights in their complete array of psychometric technologies. He has served in many leadership roles in both corporate and not-for-profit organizations, some of which include the American Society for Training and Development and the Society for Human Resource Managers. His B.A. degree in Economics is from Tufts University. In addition to the above professional pursuits, Tom had a novel published by Immortal Works publishing entitled Sudden Onset. It is the story of how the threat of what appears to be a deadly new lifeform would be managed by the best experts the nation could deploy. A decade in the making, it was completed in partnership with his youngest brother Dr. Chris Dardick, a molecular biologist for the U.S.D.A.. Tom is also the drummer and vocalist in the classic rock band Second Time Thru and is a devoted husband to his wife Kathleen Vickroy and father to his son Collyn and daughter Geneva.
